Bus routes
The school is very well served by public buses. Many bus services for Manningtree going right past the entrance. These connect with the other parts of Manningtree but also villages like Mistley and Lawford, and continue all the way to Colchester. There are bus stops on both sides of the road directly outside the school.
Train routes
Manningtree High School is less than a 1.6 km’s walk from the Manningtree station and a lot of the route is completely off-road. Manningtree station provides direct trains along the coast to Colchester, Dovercourt, Harwich, and Ipswich. Greater Anglia offer discounts on train travel for students at some schools.
